why give?

We at Connect Virtual Church encourage consistent, or faithful giving as a constant reminder that God is always faithful to those who put their trust in Him. We like to remind folks that God promised to supply all of our needs:

. . . God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Philippians 4:19 (NKJV)

Having a plan to consistently give to God is a great way to remind ourselves that God is our source and that He will supply for our needs. The giving of a tithe (10% of our income) and regular offerings are a great way to keep this in front of us.

When You give to connect virtual church

The notion that God will supply all of our needs extends also to the gathering of believers we call a church. Connect Virtual Church is one of these gatherings. We have to trust God for our needs like everyone else.

To ensure financial accountability, Connect Virtual Church is a 501(c)(3)/Non-Profit organization dedicated to advancing the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are governed by a board of directors dedicated to the same.

To accomplish our mission, we engage in weekly services designed to teach biblical concepts which help Christ-followers be successful in living life as biblical Christians. We seek to connect and partner with missionaries and mission projects dedicated to our core values.

When you give to Connect Virtual Church, you are helping us fulfill the call God has placed upon us. Your donations provide for the operational and personnel support of Connect Virtual Church.

Text-To-Give

If you don’t want to use the Church Center app, that’s ok. We try to make giving simple. Sending a text message makes it uber easy. Here’s an example:

REFUND – If you are donating using a credit/debit card, by using this command within two hours of donating you will initiate an automatic refund.

MISTAKE – If you donate using an ACH, by using this command within two hours of donating your donation will be canceled. This will cancel the donation before it’s processed.

STOP/START – The STOP command immediately disables Text-to-Give for your phone number. The START command will allow you to use Text-to-Give in the future.

HELP – If you are an active Text-to-Give donor, you’ll receive a link to a help page with tips on how to use Text-to-Give.
